Clogging Problems? Not Anymore with Mesabi RTTS Coolers by L&M Radiator
There is no better cooling option to prevent clogging than Mesabi Removable Tube Tube and Shell (RTTS) Coolers, engineered and manufactured by L&M Radiator. Mesabi RTTS coolers feature tubes with integral circular finning rolled from the tube outer wall and internal fins to further increase heat transfer.
Leveraging decades of engineering expertise, Mesabi RTTS coolers have larger tube diameters that allow for larger debris flow. They are proven to prevent troublesome clogging regardless of the environment or the application.
For in-plant and mobile equipment cooling needs, Mesabi RTTS coolers perform liquid-to-liquid, liquid-to-air and air-to-air high-performance and efficient heat transfer.
Built to endure extreme temperatures, thermal expansion, vibration and shock stresses, Mesabi RTTS coolers can withstand maximum temperatures up to 240°F for water, 275°F for oil, and 400°F for air. Tube side operating pressure is 50 psi (345kPa) and shell side operating pressure is 150 psi (1034kPa).
In conventional cooling systems, thermal fatigue and mechanical stress can lead to leaks, which in turn can cause expensive downtime. Mesabi RTTS coolers combat thermal and mechanical stress and fatigue with L&M Radiator rubber seal ingenuity in engine, brake, and transmission coolers. Proven time and time again to withstand whatever comes their way, these seals are backed by L&M’s industry-best warranty.
L&M’s exclusive design ensures that Mesabi RTTS coolers can be quickly and simply returned to service if damaged or in need of regular maintenance. Held in headers with flexible, fluorocarbon rubber seals, individual tubes are replaceable in the field and the units can be returned to 100 percent cooling performance.
L&M Radiator provides incomparable service to users and OEMs because all service is handled at the manufacturer level. In emergencies, L&M can ship most parts within 48 hours. Onsite technical and engineering assistance is available nearly anywhere in the world with a few days’ notice thanks to manufacturing facilities and parts depots in the United States, Mexico, Chile and Australia.

L&M Radiator, Inc. warrants MESABI® RTTS® Tube & Shell coolers against seal leakage during normal operation for 48 months from date of invoice on new coolers.
